ReflectAloud is self‑reflection in a time‑boxed AI session — 15, 30, or 45 minutes, one topic, a tone you choose. It listens, reflects, and when the timer ends, leaves you with a small page of clarity.

§ 02 — Three observations
Built around you, not a product roadmap.
A short field guide to what makes a ReflectAloud session different from a chatbot, a journal, or another wellness app.

Three of three — read at your pace
01
Pick the tone before you start.
Calm, direct, friendly, empathetic, analytical, or motivational. The model adapts its rhythm, depth, and pacing to match the tone you chose.
02 · Tone
Calm & supportive · response
Take your time. What's been on your mind this week?
Direct & practical · response
Let's skip the warm-up. What's the problem, in one sentence?
Friendly & conversational · response
Hey, good to have you here. So — what's going on?
Empathetic & validating · response
Whatever brought you here — it matters. I'm listening.
Motivational & encouraging · response
Showing up is half of it. What's one thing you want to move on?
Analytical & structured · response
Let's map this. What are the two or three threads tangled together right now?
02
Time-boxed on purpose.
15, 30, or 45 minutes on a visible countdown. The edge is the method — a session that ends keeps you focused while it runs. Extend in 5-minute steps; every session closes with a brief written page you can keep.
03
Your words stay yours.
Minimal data, encrypted at rest. Delete a session in one tap. We never train on transcripts. There is no advertiser in the room.
§ 03 — The process
Three quiet steps to clarity.
Structured so you spend less time managing the conversation and more time inside it.
01
Set the format
Choose your length, choose your tone.
15, 30, or 45 minutes. Calm, direct, friendly, empathetic, analytical, or motivational. The format you pick is the room the AI walks into.
02
Talk it through
Think out loud, with company.
Share what's circling. Get thoughtful prompts, gentle reframings, and the occasional small exercise. There is no agenda except the one you bring.
03
Wrap up & plan
A page of clarity to carry.
When the timer runs out, the session closes with a short written summary — themes you touched, questions worth holding, one small next step you might try.
§ 04 — Token packs
Pay for what you use. Never a subscription.
Buy a small pack once — tokens never expire. Sessions are time-boxed; longer ones cost a few more tokens.
No. ReflectAloud gives you a structured space to think and feel heard — it doesn't diagnose, prescribe, or replace a licensed professional. Many people use it between sessions with their therapist.
Why are sessions timed?
Focus. An open-ended chat drifts; a visible countdown keeps you on the one thing you came to think about. 15, 30, or 45 minutes is enough to go deep on a single topic — and you can extend in 5-minute steps when you need more room.
How private is this, really?
Sessions are encrypted at rest. We store the minimum required to keep your account working, and you can delete any conversation — or your whole history — from Settings. We don't train on your transcripts and we don't sell data.
Can I try it without paying?
Yes. Your first 15-minute session is free — no card required. Tokens come into play only for longer sessions and extensions.
What exactly is a token?
Tokens are the unit of session time. A 15-min session costs 10 tokens, a 30-min costs 18, and a +5-min extension costs 3. Buy a pack once and use them whenever you need. They never expire.
What if I get stuck mid-session?
Try asking for a different angle, or for the model to be more direct. If the conversation isn't serving you, you can end the session early and still get a written summary of what was discussed.
